Both David and Victoria are native Oregonians with more than 31 years of real estate experience between them. Both David and Victoria have taken considerable time to invest in themselves and are GRI's (Graduate, Realtor Institute) a national designation. In addition, Victoria is a graduate of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), one of the highest designations in the real estate industry.  She also has garnered the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Staging Professional, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert as well.  Both have received top awards in the industrial individually and as a team.  David has additional experience in placing investors into properties that match their retirement goals.  He has built storage facilities, office/warehouse space, developed sub-divisions from bare land and both Victoria and David are active investor in rentals, vacation rentals and commercial property as well.  As a result, their local knowledge combined with education and experience benefits both Buyers and sellers and has, over the years, garnered them a strong referral business.
